• How do I get started?
  Sign up today and we'll verify your information. We're only accepting active GEICO customers at this time. If accepted, you will receive an email officially welcoming you as a GEICO Power User.
• How often do I have to participate?
  You'll be invited to surveys regularly, but they're completely optional. Surveys usually take less than 5 minutes to complete. Studies typically begin with an introduction survey that may lead to more in-depth activities, like interviews.
• How long is the commitment?
  Taking part in any Power User study is voluntary. You can stop at any time, or decline to participate. You may leave the Power User Community altogether by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Power User email. You will remain in the Power User Community until you remove yourself or are no longer an active GEICO customer.
• What kind of research and studies will I be involved with?
  In addition to surveys, you may be invited to participate in phone or video interviews, in-person focus groups, or online activities.
• How are sessions scheduled?
  All study invitations will be announced through email. In the invitation email, we'll let you know the study topic and what is expected of participants. If you do not wish to participate, you may simply ignore the invitation.
• Will I be paid?
  For some studies where we decide to conduct more in-depth research, like focus groups and interviews, GEICO's partners may offer compensation to thank participants for their feedback and time.
